YouTubeSkool is a platform that connects creators with professional YouTube production services, including but not limited to:

• Video Editing
• Thumbnail Design
• Script Writing
• YouTube Strategy
• Channel Management
• AI Roast (Channel & Video Analysis)
• Team Collaboration
• Project Management
• Messaging
• File Sharing

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• Provide accurate account information.

3. Account Registration

Accounts are authenticated using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security.
• Keeping your information accurate.
• Activities performed through your account.

You must immediately notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Break any applicable laws.
• Upload illegal or harmful content.
• Infringe copyrights or trademarks.
• Upload malware or malicious code.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users or staff.
• Reverse engineer or exploit the platform.
• Interfere with platform security or availability.

5. Orders & Services

When placing an order:

• You agree to provide accurate project details.
• You confirm you have the rights to all uploaded materials.
• Production timelines begin after all required assets are received.
• Changes outside the agreed scope may require additional payment.

Estimated turnaround times are estimates only and may vary depending on project complexity and workload.

6. Payments

Payments are securely processed through PayPal or other supported payment providers. By making a purchase you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees.
• Authorize the selected payment provider to process the transaction.
• Pay any taxes required by applicable law.

Prices may change without prior notice for future purchases.

7. Roast AI Credits

Roast credits are digital products. Credits:

• Are non-transferable.
• Have no cash value.
• Cannot be exchanged for currency.
• May only be used within the YouTubeSkool platform.

Unused credits remain in your account unless otherwise stated.

8. AI Roast Disclaimer

Roast AI is designed for educational and entertainment purposes. AI-generated feedback:

• May contain inaccuracies.
• Should not be considered professional business advice.
• Does not guarantee channel growth, monetization, or success.

Users are responsible for decisions made using AI-generated content.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. By submitting files, you grant YouTubeSkool a limited license to:

• Process files.
• Edit videos.
• Generate requested deliverables.
• Store project assets while providing services.

This license ends when the services are completed, except where retention is required for backups, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

10. Platform Ownership

All software, branding, designs, code, AI systems, trademarks, and content provided by YouTubeSkool remain the exclusive property of YouTubeSkool unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

11. Communication

YouTubeSkool provides messaging features between clients and authorized team members. Users agree not to:

• Send spam.
• Abuse messaging systems.
• Share malicious content.
• Harass or threaten others.

Messages may be retained for operational, security, and support purposes.

12. Refund Policy

Because many services involve immediate labor and custom work:

• Completed work is generally non-refundable.
• AI Roast credits that have already been used are non-refundable.
• Custom editing work that has begun may not be eligible for a refund.

If a payment was made in error or a technical issue prevented delivery, please contact support. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

13. Cancellations

You may cancel a project before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation requests may be subject to charges based on work already completed.

14. Service Availability

We strive to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

15. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services, including:

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouTubeSkool shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

17. No Guarantee of Results

While our team works to deliver high-quality services, we do not guarantee:

• Viral videos
• Subscriber growth
• Increased revenue
• Monetization approval
• Algorithm performance
• Search rankings
• Specific business outcomes

Success depends on many factors beyond our control.

18. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent activity.
• Abuse staff or other users.
• Attempt to compromise platform security.
• Engage in illegal activities.

19. Changes to the Platform

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YouTubeSkool, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising out of:

• Your uploaded content.
• Copyright infringement.
• Misuse of the platform.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Illegal conduct.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
