You may voluntarily provide: Company name, YouTube channel, Social media links, Biography, Time zone, and Preferences.
Project Information
When creating projects, we may collect: Project descriptions, Creative briefs, Video requirements, Editing instructions, Reference links, Google Drive links, Dropbox links, Frame.io links, YouTube URLs, and Uploaded files.
Messaging
Messages exchanged between clients and team members may be stored, including: Text messages, Internal notes, Timestamps, Sender information, and Read receipts.
AI Roast Data
When using Roast AI, we may collect: YouTube channel URLs, YouTube video URLs, Generated AI reports, Roast history, and Credit usage.
Payment Information
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We may store: Transaction IDs, Payment status, Purchase history, Amount paid, Currency, and Roast credit purchases. We never store your full payment card information.
