You earn a percentage of the project value for every referred client who completes a paid project. Rates depend on your partner tier — from 10% for Ambassadors up to 25% for Sales Partners. Sales Partners also earn a 5% override on sales closed by partners they recruit.

Referral attribution uses a 90-day cookie. If a creator clicks your link and starts a project within 90 days, the referral is credited to you — even if they leave and return later. We also attribute by referral code on signup, so links shared via email or social still track.

Payouts are processed monthly, typically within the first week of each month, for all commissions that have cleared our standard confirmation window after the client’s project is paid. You can track earnings and payout history in your partner dashboard.

If a referred client requests a full refund before their project enters production, the associated commission is voided and never paid. If a refund happens after partial delivery, we recalculate commission on the amount actually retained. Partial refunds adjust commission proportionally.

If a payment is reversed by the client’s bank or payment provider (chargeback), the corresponding commission is reversed from your balance. If the balance is already paid, we deduct it from future earnings or invoice the difference. We notify you before any reversal is applied.

Yes. The minimum payout threshold is $50. Commissions below this accumulate in your Available Balance and are paid out automatically once you cross the threshold on the next monthly cycle.

Yes. We pay partners in most countries via PayPal and international bank transfer (WISE). Available methods and any country-specific limits are shown in your dashboard’s payout settings. Local taxes and transfer fees may apply depending on your region.

Partners who reach the taxable payout threshold are required to submit a W-9 (US residents) or W-8BEN (non-US residents) before further payouts. We’ll email you when this is needed and store your forms securely. We do not provide individualized tax advice — consult a local professional.

When a creator is referred by more than one partner, the most recent valid referral link or code within the cookie window wins. If no cookie is present, the code entered at signup is used. We do not split a single conversion across multiple partners.

No. Self-referrals, referrals of accounts you control, or using your own link to get a discount on your own projects are prohibited and will be flagged. Such referrals are rejected and may result in account suspension. The program is for introducing genuine new clients.

Override applies only to Sales Partners who recruit other Sales Partners. You earn 5% on deals closed by partners in your direct network, on top of the 25% you earn on your own deals. Override is paid one level deep — you do not earn on partners recruited by your recruits. Agency override terms are custom per engagement.

No. Joining the Partner Program is free. There are no monthly fees or minimum sales requirements to keep your account active.
